The eshop.papadaki-art.gr gives great importance to the security-related issues, according to the law 2251/1994 on consumer protection as it has been modified and it applies. We do everything possible to assure that your order will be delivered safely and in the best possible condition. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please read our policies in order to learn about the principles and our practices.

When you place an order we will ask you your full name, address that will send the products, your phone number, your email address, and if you choose your payment to be by credit card, we will need the number and date of expiry, once the order is ready to be sent. Your email and your information will not be disclosed to third parties, unless imposed by a public authority (court etc.). Since the data protection is important for our customers, our shop has to protect them.


  For any cancellation of an order you must send an email to info@papadaki-art.gr. This feature is provided to you by the time we will notify you that it is possible to execute and send your order. After that time it is not possible to cancel.


Returns due to the right of unwarranted  withdrawal  of the client within 14 days, are only accepted as long as the products you wish to return are in the same condition as received, the packaging has not been violated, along with the sales receipt or invoice. You have the right to return products purchased - except for personalized orders as frame construction- within 14 days from the date you receive them, enclosing a photocopy of the retail sales receipt and the corresponding invoice. In this case you only pay the direct cost of returning the product and your shipping costs of the new selection. In no case money are not refundable. Recommended attention that we cannot accept back products that have been used or are missing parts or have damaged packaging. If you believe that the product you received has a manufacturing defect, please notify within 5 days from the date of receipt. We will advise you how should be returned. In such a case you should simply return the product in the package, along with the photocopy of the retail receipt or invoice and the charge of return is ours. It is your responsibility to ensure that the products are returned safely and without incurring further damage, so please pack them in the most secure manner. When we receive will inspect them carefully to determine the nature of any damage or defect, please understand that we cannot be responsible for damages in connection with improper use. If observed that the damage was created by improper use of the product we will have to refund you the product and you will be charged the cost of shipping. Ιf the damage has to do with the manufacture of the product we can either fix it or replace your product. In this case we will bear the cost of sending the products.


If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) is not possible to deliver your products within the specified time will notify you via email, so let us know if you wish, in these conditions, the completion of your order.


We inspect and perform continuous checks on all our products. If at the delivered quantity was proven defective product then you have the right to return it and we will replace it with our own expenses and re-shipments.


The eshop.papadaki-art.gr reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of trade. Undertakes to notify the text for any change or addition to the terms.
